What is "Pentadrot"?

The Pentadrot Internet competition is based on advance of well-known Pentamino puzzle.
Player's goal is to find the maximum number of unsolveable configurations, which are matched the competition rules. The registered member of Pentadrot who found a maximum goal score up to the end of competition time will win $1000.

Pentadrot software is available for downloading from the "Download" section.

Pentadrot rules.

1) Pentamino field (workspace) must be 6x10 or 5x10.
2) You must put exactly five 1x1 elements onto Pentamino field (putting/removing element is done by clicking on the Pentamino field).
3) Free space area must be solid (not divided into several areas).
4) Your configuration should not have a solution (to start finding solution click on "Start" button or choose the option from menu).

Uploading results.

After finding the configuration which matched rules listed above, you must upload us your result as a
Windows "Print screen" dump or in another form (i.e. text file with element's coordinates). This can be done from "Upload" section of this site. Since your configuration will be added to your personal account.

Winners and awards.

By the moment the competition is finished the person who is at the first line in the Top Pentadrots list will be the winner of the Pentadrot competition and will be awarded $1000! The winner will be contacted by e-mail. The cheque will be sent to the given name and address.

Remember, that for participating in the Pantadrot competition you have to register and receive your personal serial code.
